Classes run three times a week and focus on three core pillars that build complete fighting skills:
1️⃣ Equipment training — focus mitts, shields, heavy bags, and makiwara. We refine precise, powerful strikes, combinations, strength, endurance, and flexibility.
2️⃣ Partner work & sparring — defence, counter-attacks, fight psychology, and tactics. Contact conditioning builds resilience, mental toughness, and stamina.
3️⃣ Kihon & kata — the fundamentals: classic stances, blocks, and strikes. This component prepares students for belt examinations.

Classes combine the traditions of full-contact karate, game-based elements, physical conditioning, and practical self-defence techniques. Children train with respect for one another, learn discipline, and develop coordination, strength, and endurance in a safe and friendly environment.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and those who’ve been training for years. I strive to bring out the best in every student by focusing on their strengths and helping them break unhelpful habits.

Karate-Pro is a modern full-contact martial arts style that blends techniques from karate, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu.
In class, students learn to:
- block strikes and defend themselves;
- deliver punches, kicks, and knee strikes;
- work in the clinch and on the ground;
- apply joint locks and throws;
- assess risk and make quick decisions.
✅ Training is done in protective gear to minimize the risk of injury.

In contemporary classes, participants:
- combine contemporary dance - techniques with improvisation;
- explore emotions through movement;
- learn to work as a group and create “living” choreography;
- move honestly, sincerely, and authentically.
This isn’t just a class—it’s a space for self-expression, self-discovery, and creating something unique.

Our training is designed so every child can feel light, flexible, and confident.
Classes run in several stages:
- Warm-up — light cardio and exercises to get the body ready
- Stretching — splits, bends, flexibility, and fluidity
- Main section — learning and practising elements with apparatus (ribbon, hoop, ball, skipping rope)
- Creative section — combining technique, artistry, music, and the beauty of movement
